With 26 floors, and nine apartments per floor, Coronado Bay has become one of the most popular buildings (if not the most) in the entire beach area. Of course, there is for everybody and definitely it is not the only residential building inside the gates of Coronado but the versatility, variety, and distance to amenities has made this building definitely a must try among locals and expats, even Me wanted to leave there at some point!
Why have I mentioned this?
well, we had the chance to show one stunning unit on the 15th floor with a full ocean view from master bedroom, and balcony to the Panama Relocation Tour #199 and it was a complete success and believe me the amenities in this great building are not the only why!
With a Pool in the rooftop and 2 others at the beach level, you can relax and take a sun bath without interruptions, no bugs or Leafs, nor even people around if you go up at the right time!
Having direct access to the beach from the building it's a great advantage for those who like to go out and walk and enjoy the ocean breeze, my best advice, go out early in the morning or before sunset. the sand gets TO HOT if you don't have your sandals on.
Also, you will have the privilege to enjoy the very rich volcanic sand, by the way if you pay attention, you will see how the entire shore shines and bright like glitter or stars at night.
Why show this building in particular?
- Very simple, being so accessible and social for the residents, is one of the best places to start your life down here. Coronado Bay is one of the most social buildings, not that the building itself talks (lol) but its residents are always very welcoming, and they are always getting together in the social areas, to relax, share stories, food or even some drinks.
How come we have access to this!?
Easy! we have a few units that Luisa and I manage in this building in particular, and that gave us access to show this fantastic place.
From above or below, this for me is one the best to places to Live Short or Long term. if you like to be active or relax. Always remember that you can for sure walk to almost everything in Coronado.

Upon arriving to the area, we stayed our first month in this building and everything Carlos shared summarizes our experience. There are several restaurants close by where expats gather, allowing folks to build new connections and learn from those who have traveled along the relocation path. I would add Coronado Bay has a building wide generator and its own water supply, so if electricity goes out, everything still works; some buildings with generators only power the elevators and emergency lights, but Coronado Bay powers everything. The building is safe , clean, and security is excellent.
