Summer is about to end... and what you should know about the rainy season in Coronado.

March 12 and it looks like somebody close the window in the beach area, the wind just stopped blowing; and it looks like fantasy xD from savage wind 20+ MPH we are now down to >8MPH and believe is a big difference!

Summertime or dry season as many here like to call it starts Mid December sometimes the last week of the year is when we start having sunny and clear sky days, which also set the start of the high season in the Dry arc of Panama.

Now why I decided to write about this?

to explain a little how it feels to be here during dry season and how you notice the change, which just started to happen!

summer looks like this:

I'm not trying to bluff or anything like that, what you see here is a back patio and one of the best places to stay in Gorgona, and I really think is a greta place why? becaus I'm beach lover and I'm sure you can see the ocean right above that wall.

Now, if you are not a beach person, guess what? we have for every taste and all the personalities, this is the view from Up Cerro La Cruz in El Valle de Anton.

and I know it looks hot, you won't even sweat.

El Valle looks trap in a beautiful Spring everyday year around, now during rainy season it pours!

So, if you did not know El Valle is only 2 hrs. 40 min far from the city and only 1 hr. 10 min to the closest beach.

Luisa and I got to experience this beauty during January, and it is like this all over the beach area, where the sunrise and Sunsets are just magical, not only that the clear sky at night in remote places are perfect to look at the stars!

sorry for the sidetrack, after you experience all the beuty I describe in the above pics, by this time of the year (again March 12) you go from using the door stopper to turning the cealing fans on and say Hi to the Hottes months of the year: April, May, June.

Now from no wind to hot days, due to the high temperature of the wind and humidity.

lucky us, it usually rain towards the end of the day, 3pm - 4 pm by this time of the day it is not that hot anymore, but the rain adds that extra humidity to the atmosphere to make you fell suffocate.

to close, be ready and be ready. lol.

now, serious, with the rainy season about to start, be ready for that increase in the temperature and humidity, take advantage of that pool, river, ocean you might have close to your home and if you don't like going out or meeting people, use your shower. always remember that the longer time you use your A/c or dehumidifier will increase your electricity bill, go with the flow and enjoy!
